Video Game Club is a structured after-school enrichment program focused on social-emotional learning through cooperative video game play. It is not a childcare or child supervision service. Parents are solely responsible for drop-off and pickup at the scheduled session start and end times. Late pickup may result in loss of enrollment.

Sessions are activity-based, with a structured curriculum for each block including an opening circle, cooperative gameplay with a defined social skill focus, and a closing reflection.

This pilot session takes place at a private residence in Montclair, NJ. The address will be provided directly to enrolled families via email.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that your child will be expected to uphold our Core Values at all times:

Behavior that disrupts the experience of other members — including verbal aggression, refusal to participate, or repeated unkindness — may result in a session break or, in serious cases, suspension from the program. We will always communicate with parents before any suspension decision.

By enrolling, you confirm that your child will be able to attend most sessions during the 6-week pilot.

By completing enrollment, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• 1. Video Game Club is a structured enrichment program, not a childcare or supervision service. I am responsible for my child's timely drop-off and pickup at the scheduled session start and end times.
• 2. I understand that video game play and group social activities carry inherent risks including minor physical injury (trips, falls) and minor social-emotional stress. I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child.
• 3. I release Video Game Club, Inc., its founder, staff, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from my child's participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• 4. I authorize staff to administer basic first aid and to contact emergency services if my child is injured and I cannot be reached.
• 5. I understand that sessions take place at a private residence in Montclair, NJ, and I consent to my child entering this environment for the purpose of the program.
• 6. I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant health, allergy, and medical information during enrollment and will promptly notify Video Game Club, Inc. if this information changes.
• 7. I understand that the $125 session fee is non-refundable except in the case of a medical emergency documented by a physician. I understand that Video Game Club, Inc. may cancel sessions with adequate notice and will provide a credit or refund in that case.
